"Brown Dog Consulting LLC...brought substantial academic and work experience in the relevant area. They utilized an exciting approach to the literature review, which included virtual interviews with key informants from the disability community, especially young persons with disabilities themselves, and other stakeholder groups (i.e., parents organisations, youth groups, etc.) around the world to gain their insight into the issue and ensure the voices of those directly affected by the research are reflected.
I would be remiss if I did not specifically mention Megan McCloskey as a major factor in the success of this project. Her responsiveness, attention to detail, and adherence to agreed-upon deadlines set her apart and made working with Brown Dog Consulting LLC a sincere pleasure. I very much look forward to working with her again."

"UNDP Viet Nam engaged Ms. Megan McCloskey in September 2020 to provide consulting services for a study on the right to access justice for persons with disabilities in the areas of employment and vocational training in accordance with the Convention on the Rights of Persons with Disabilities (CRPD).
The study was conducted under the Justice and Legal Empowerment Programme funded by the European Union (EU JULE) and conducted by a team of three consultants (2 national and 1 international). Ms. McCloskey served as the international consultant and worked closely with two national consultants selected by UNDP.
UNDP Viet Nam was very satisfied with the support Ms. McCloskey provided to the team on this project. Her work was delivered on a timely basis and met all deadlines we established. The work performed was of high quality and more than met our standards."
