Literature Review for UNESCO

International legal advisor for United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) Vietnam study
"UNDP Viet Nam engaged Ms. Megan McCloskey in September 2020 to provide consulting services for a study on the right to access justice for persons with disabilities in the areas of employment and vocational training in accordance with the Convention on the Rights of Persons with Disabilities (CRPD).
The study was conducted under the Justice and Legal Empowerment Programme funded by the European Union (EU JULE) and conducted by a team of three consultants (2 national and 1 international). Ms. McCloskey served as the international consultant and worked closely with two national consultants selected by UNDP.
UNDP Viet Nam was very satisfied with the support Ms. McCloskey provided to the team on this project. Her work was delivered on a timely basis and met all deadlines we established. The work performed was of high quality and more than met our standards."
